摘　　要：高等学校的党务干部队伍建设是新形势下高校党建提出的重要课题,如何结合科学发展观的新要求,不断推进高校党务干部队伍建设,形成高素质的朝气蓬勃、奋发有为的党务干部队伍,对于完善我国高校领导体制和促进高等教育事业又好又快的发展具有重要的现实意义。The construction of university party cadre is an important topic of university Party building in the new situation. Taking into consideration the new requirements of the scientific outlook on development＇s promoting the construction of university party cadre continuously, and forming a high - quality, energetic and powerful Party cadre team are of great realistic value to optimize the leadership structure of the system of university, and promote sound and rapid development of higher education.
