女大学生失恋归因与心理调适探析

摘　　要：失恋的女大学生常常归因不当并因此出现不良的情绪和行为,我们可以利用社会认知理论来引导她们健康心理重建,采用一系列干预法,纠正或改善她们不适当归因方式、模式,随之改变其情绪和行为。The lovelorn female college students are often attributed to improper and therefore adverse mood and behavior. We can use social cognitive theory to guide them to healthy psychological rehabilitation, by a series of interference method, due to correct or improve their inappropriate manner, mode, change with their mood and behavior.
