摘　　要：目的探讨军队护理队伍的现状及其管理对策。方法根据2009年底护士注册数据,对军队护理队伍的学历、职称、年龄、工作年限等现状进行分析。结果军队护理队伍更趋多元化、年轻化,骨干力量缺失,军队护理事业的发展机遇与挑战并存。结论针对军队多元化护理队伍的现状,建立一套完善的多元化管理模式至关重要,并且要注重优化护理人才结构、强化卫勤保障能力的综合训练。Objective To explore the status of the military nursing team and the corresponding countermeasures.Methods According to the nurses registration information by the end of 2009,an analysis was conducted on education background,professional title,age,work experience of the military nursing team.Results Military nursing team tended to be more diversified,younger and backbone absent.The development of the military nursing team was confronted with the opportunities and challenges.Conclusion Aimed at the current situation of diversification of military nursing team,a full range of diversified management pattern should be established based on optimizing nursing staff＇s structure and strengthening the comprehensive training for medical service capacity.
