内眼手术前不同备皮方法效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨内眼手术前不剪除睫毛备皮方法的可行性。方法选取2009年6—9月收治于我院择期行内眼手术的患者400例,随机分为两组,对照组按传统的术前准备方法剪除睫毛,实验组术前不剪睫毛,其他消毒过程两组均相同。比较两组手术日晨常规洗眼后、手术前消毒后即刻和手术后即刻3个时间点患者睑缘和结膜囊标本细菌培养阳性率以及术后第1、7和14天眼部刺激症状评分,观察剪睫毛并发症以及眼部不舒适的情况。结果两组患者睑缘和结膜囊细菌培养结果的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第1天实验组眼部不适症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05),第7和14天两组分值差异无统计学意义。结论内眼手术前不剪睫毛不会增加术后细菌感染的风险,且有助于减少术后患眼的不适症状。Objective To study the effect of skin preparation procedure without eyelashes cutting before intraocular surgery.Methods A total of 400 cases who underwent intraocular surgery were divided into two groups randomly from June to September,2009.The patients in the control group received routine preoperative procedure with eyelashes cutting,but the patients in the experimental group received skin preparation procedure without eyelashes cutting.The bacteria culture of specimens from palpebral margin and the conjunctival sac were performed at three time points（on the morning of surgery after conventional eye wash,immediately after preoperation disinfection and immediately after surgery,respectively）.The eye irritation scores at days 1,7 and 14 after operation were compared.The incidence of complications of eyelashes cutting and ocular discomfort were also compared.Results The rates of positive bacterial culture did not differ significantly between the two groups at three time points（P〈0.05）.The experimental group got lower eye irritation score at day 1 after operation（P〈0.05）,but there were no significant differences in the scores at days 7 and 14 after operation between the two groups.Conclusion The skin preparation procedure without eyelashes cutting does not increase the risk of bacterial infection.
