甜菊甙降压作用的实验研究

摘　　要：静脉注射40mg/kg甜菊甙可降低狗的动脉血压,静注50mg/kg甜菊甙除降低血压外,还可使狗的心率减慢。上述作用均存在一定的量与效的关系。给药前后血压、心率对比差异均有高度显著意义.In normotensive animals(dog)we found that the blood pressre deereased after yntravenously andminisration of SV in the dose from 40 to 50mg/kg.The hypoensive effect is dose dependence. This effectgen erally onsets immediately and lasts for 10 to 15 minuts. We found that reduces heart ra except for the hypotensyve effects after intravenoasly administra ion of SV in the dose of 50mg/kg (P<0.01).
