摘　　要：渤海油田适度出砂技术经济综合评价指标体系的建立是开发方案技术经济评价重要的组成部分,其基础是生产与经济效果指标体系的建立。本文通过对渤海油田适度出砂的技术特征和经济特征的分析,首次运用层次分析法(AHP)确定了渤海油田稠油油藏适度出砂开采技术经济综合评价指标体系,计算出了该技术经济综合评价指标体系中对开发方案影响比较明显的指标的权值。该权值可用来作为综合评价优选适度出砂各方案的基础,为现场的具体实践提供理论依据。The technical and economic comprehensive evaluation index system of sand management in Bohai Oilfield is an important part of technical and economic evaluation of oilfield development plan, the basis of which is the establishment of the production and commercial efficiency index system. The technical and economic comprehensive evaluation index system of sand management in Bohai Oilfield is defined by analytical hierarchy process （AHP） through the analysis of the characteristics of the economic and technology of sand management in Bohai Oilfield, and the weight coefficients of the index in the technical and economic comprehensive evaluation index system, by which the oilfield development plan is impacted and calculated. The weight coefficients can be used to optimize the program of the sand management.
