创业教育对高校创业人才培养的心理影响

摘　　要：随着大学生创业热潮的影响,高校创业教育对创业人才培养的实效性逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。通过对接受创业教育和没有接受过创业教育两组学生在创业意向、创业心理品质和创业知识三个方面的比较对照研究发现,高校创业教育对大学生创业动机的影响具有正向显著作用,对大学生创业心理品质的影响不具有同质性,高校创业教育影响的实效具有普遍性和共识性。With the rush of entrepreneurship,the effectiveness of entrepreneurial education on students becomes the focus of attention.This paper compares the entrepreneurship education between the students who gained the entrepreneurial education and those who did not in such aspects as intention,psychological quality and knowledge.The result shows that the entrepreneurial education has positive effect on students' entrepreneurship intention,but not all positive effect on students' entrepreneurship psychological quality,and that he actual effect of entrepreneurial education is popularly accepted.
