摘  要:目的探讨pH值、钙离子对血链球菌粘附至血清,包被羟磷灰石的影响。方法采用Clark创立的体外粘附实验模型,以[3H]胸腺嘧啶核苷为标记对血链球菌的粘附进行定量观察。结果不同pH值组测得的放射性测量计数率(countsperminute,cpm)差异有显著性;其中pH值为6.0~7.5时cpm值最高,pH值小于5.5时cpm值则明显降低。不同钙离子浓度的实验组cpm值均显著高于对照组,当钙离子浓度为1.25~3.75mmol/L时cpm值最高。结论pH值、钙离子对血链球菌的粘附作用有显著影响,调节牙周局部pH值及钙离子浓度可影响血链球菌在牙周环境的定植。Objective To investigate the effects of pH and calcium iron on adhesion of Streptococcus sanguis to serumcoated hydroxyapatite. HZMethods The adhesion model in vitro established by Clark W.B. in 1977 was used to quantify adsorptive cells through thymidine labelling. Results5BZThe cpm values between different pH groups showed significant differences. Also, there were significant differences of cpm values between calcium groups and control group. HZConclusion Either pH or calcium iron has obvious effect on adherence of Stroptococcus sanguis to serumcoated hydroxyapatite. The findings suggest that regulating pH and concentration of calcium iron can help to change colonization on teeth surfaces by Streptococcus sanguis in periodontal circumstance.
