摘　　要：目的：探讨盆腔恶性肿瘤局部复发采用组织间插植方法进行治疗。方法：自１９９４～１９９７年采用外照射与组织间插植相结合的方法对７例患者进行了治疗，先行常规外照射的患者给ＤＴ３０～６０Ｇｙ，休息２周后行会阴组织间插植并给ＢＤ５～８Ｇｙ／次，总剂量２０～４０Ｇｙ。结果：局部病变ＣＲ２例，ＰＲ４例，ＮＲ１例，１年生存率６６７％，２年生存率３３３％。Aim: To present a brachytherapy technique with perineal implant for treatment of pelvic recurrence of malignant tumors Methods: In the period of 1994 to 1997, 7 patients with isolated pelvic recurrence have been treated with interstitial Iridium-192 brachytherapy combined with pelvic external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) The mean dose of external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) was 30-40 GY/3-4w The brachytherapy was performed two weeks after EBRT The mean dose of brachytherapy was 20-40GY (5-8GY) Results: CR, PR, NR were seen in 2,4,1 cases respectively The 1-, 2-year survival rates were 667%and 333%respectively Conclusion: The brachytherapy makes it possible to perform curative treatment of pelvic recurrence
