摘 要:文章利用KlebsiellaZY-B菌降解双酚A(BPA),通过摇瓶实验考察了接种量、初始pH值、温度对KlebsiellaZY-B降解BPA的影响,用HPLC跟踪降解过程,得出适宜的降解条件如下:接种量为1.5%,初始pH值为7.0,温度为35℃。在单因素试验结果的基础上,根据Box-Benhnken的中心组合试验设计原理,采用响应曲面分析法对细菌KlebsiellaZY-B降解BPA的条件进行优化,得到优化降解条件:pH值为6.67,接种量为1.75%,温度为33.5℃,在此优化的条件下进行2次验证实验,KlebsiellaZY-B在54 h内可将质量浓度为10.0 mg/L的BPA降解完全。In this paper,the Klebsiella ZY-B bacteria was developed and used for the degradation of Bisphenol A(BPA).The effect of inoculum size,initial pH and temperature on the BPA-degradation rate was evaluated through shake-flask experiments followed by HPLC-UV detection.The proper conditions for the BPA-degradation are found as follows: inoculum size 1.5%,initial pH 7.0 and temperature 35 °C.Further optimization for the degradation parameters was performed using response surface methodology(RSM) according to Box-Benhnken central composite experiment design principles.The best degradation conditions are as below: inoculum size 1.75%,pH 6.67 and temperature 33.5 °C.These optimized conditions were applied twice in the degradation of 10.0 mg/L BPA by Klebsiella ZY-B,and nearly complete degradation was achieved in 54 h.
