小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术220例体会

摘　　要：目的：分析＂无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术＂ 的临床疗效.方法：观察我院169例220眼＂无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术＂的术中、术后并发症,以及对并发症的治疗情况的观察.结果：接受手术169人220只眼,术中后囊破裂36例,玻璃体溢出20例经虹膜剪剪切处理均囊袋内或睫状沟内植入人工晶体,术后随访2周至半年不等,视力无明显进步者9眼 进步满意但低于0.2者29眼,视力改善≥0.3但低于0.6者135例,视力在0.6～1.0者47眼.结论：小切口无缝线非超乳白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术创伤小、术后视力恢复快、并发症少,是一种安全有效的白内障复明手术.（尤其适合基层医院开展.但其术中并发症不可忽视,如果对其处理不当会影响治疗效果,我们应提高手术技巧,且对于易发因素充分了解,使手术更少盲目性和创伤性,提高手术的成功率.）Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods： 169 cases （220 eyes） of cataract were received the small incision non--phacoemulsification cataract extraction with IOL implantation, to investigate operative and postoperative complication. Results：Accepts the surgery 169 human of 220 eyes, after in the technique the pouch bursts 36 examples, the vitreous body overflows 20 examples to cut cutting after the iris to process in the even sack or in the eyelash shape ditch implants the artificial crystal, after the technique makes a follow--up visit for 2 thorough half year different, vision not obvious progress 9; But but progress satisfaction is lower than 0. 2 29, the vision improvement ≥0.3 is lower than 0. 6 135 examples, the vision in 0. 6-1.0 47. Conclusion： Small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation is a safe and effective vision--restoring operation for cataract due to the advantages such as tiny injury,rapid postoperative vision recovery and few complications.
