摘　　要：宫颈病变是一种发病率较高的妇科疾病,虽然它有转变为宫颈癌的可能,但是这一过程需要十几年到几十年不等的时间,因此,只要能够在发生病变的早期及时发现和治疗,就能大幅降低其转变为宫颈癌的几率.科学研究表明,妇女患上宫颈疾病与其感染了人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）有着很大的关系.本文主要针对这一结论在湖北省宜昌地区的临床病例中进行了检测和分析,并对HPV的感染模式和基因型的分布进行了讨论.The cervix of the uterus pathological change is one kind of disease incidence rate high gynecology department disease, although it has transforms into cervical cancer possibility, but this process needs for several years to several dozens year different time,therefore, so long as can have the pathological change early prompt discovery and the treatment, can reduce it to transform largely into cervical cancer probability. The scientific research indicated that,if the woman suffered from the cervix of the uterus disease to infecl human papilloma virus （HPV） to have the very big relations. This article mainly aimed at this conclusion to carry on the examination and the analysis in Hubei Province Yicbang area clinical case of illness, and has carried on the discussion to the HPV infection pattern and the genotype distribution.
