胆系疾病合并胆心综合征145例临床特点及心电图分析

摘　　要：目的提高临床对胆心综合征的认识,探讨胆道系统病变与心脏病的相关性,分析其心电图变化。方法对我院145例不同年龄阶段胆系疾病合并胆心综合征的住院患者进行回顾性分析手术前后临床特点,比较其手术前后心电图变化。结果 145例患者经内科消炎、利胆、解痉等保守治疗及外科手术治疗后,绝大多数患者临床症状改善。术前心血管系统不适症状共342项次,术后1周共35项次,手术前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。145例胆心综合征患者术前发生心律失常和(或)其他心电图改变者共444项次,术后1周复查,患者心电图109例恢复正常,36例不同程度好转,心电图异常共87项次,手术前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胆心综合征是一种可治的功能性疾病,早期诊断,及时有效的手术治疗可获得良好效果,大部分心电图恢复正常或基本正常。Objective To improve the clinical understanding of biliary-cardiac syndrome,biliary system diseases and heart disease to explore the correlation analysis of the ECG changes.Methods From 145 cases of different age stages of biliary disease in hospitalized patients with biliary-cardiac syndrome before and after surgery were retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics,ECG changes were compared before and after surgery.Results 145 cases of patients by medical anti-inflammatory,choleretic,antispasmodic and other conservative treatment and surgical treatment,most patients with clinical symptoms,symptoms of cardiovascular system,a total of 342 times before surgery,after 1 week of 35 times,compared with baseline between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant （P0.01）. 145 cases of biliary-cardiac syndrome in patients with preoperative arrhythmias,and （or） other ECG changes were a total of 444 times,a week after review,this group of 109 cases of patients with normal ECG,36 patients improved to varying degrees. ECG abnormalities were 87 times,Between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant （P0.01）.Conclusion Biliary heart syndrome is a functional diseases can be cured,early diagnosis,timely and effective surgical treatment available to good effect,most of the ECG returned to normal or almost normal.
