摘  要:针对电阻炉炉温控制系统所具有的容积延迟、非线性、大惯性、时变、对象增益等特点,首先介绍了模糊控制、Smith-PID控制在电阻炉炉温控制系统的应用,对其分析与仿真,所得到的控制效果有所不足,未能达到令人满意的效果。然后,根据模糊控制、Smith预估控制理论和PID控制各自的优点,将其结合成Smith-模糊自整定PID控制控制器。运用Matlab软件中Simulink建立电阻炉炉温控制系统的仿真模型,进行仿真实验,仿真结果表明,此控制策略具有优良的稳定性、快速性、准确性和鲁棒性,是一种值得应用和推广的简便有效地控制系统设计方法。This article the volume which has in view of the resistance furnace furnace temperature control system retards,the misalignment,the big inertia,time-variable,characteristics and so on object gain,first introduced the fuzzy control,the Smith-PID control in the resistance furnace furnace temperature control system's application,to its analysis and the simulation,the control effect which obtains have insufficient,has not been able to achieve the satisfying effect.Then,according to the fuzzy control,the Smith estimate control theory and PID controls the respective merit,combines to form the Smith-fuzzy self regulating it to decide the PID control controller.Using the Matlab software in the Simulink establishment resistance furnace furnace temperature control system's simulation model,carries on the simulation experiment,the simulation result indicated that this control policy has the fine stability,the rapidity,the accuracy and robustness,is one kind is worth applying and the promotion easily effectively the control system design method.
