摘　　要：高校后勤实体改革的最终目标是建立产权清晰的现代企业制度,而目前高校后勤社会化改革的探索与实践表明:高校后勤实体产权改革仍处于起步阶段,后勤实体产权尚不能完全界定清楚,在这种产权模糊的状态下,授权经营管理是实现高校后勤社会化改革目标的一条切实可行的途径。The ultimate goal of the university logistics service entity reform is to establish a modern enterprise system with the clear property right,but the exploration and practice show that the present reform of university logistics service entity property right is still at an elementary stage,and that the logistics entity property can＇t be defined clearly.Under this ambiguous condition of property right,authorized management is regarded as the practical and feasible approach to the reform of university logistics service socialization.
