摘　　要：目的:探讨中草药茶饮料饮品凉茶的功效及安全性。方法:从具有较浓厚的岭南文化内涵的凉茶的发展状况、保健功能、药理作用、安全性及毒理研究等方面进行评述。结果:凉茶存在成分不确定、毒副作用尚不明确以及缺乏科学评价体系等问题。随着凉茶产品的逐渐增多和扩大,凉茶的功效如何、凉茶长期应用是不是有毒性亟需系统的实验或临床研究证实。结论:目前亟需进行对凉茶的功效、毒理评价及安全性进行深入研究。Objective：To explore the effect and safety of the herbal cold tea.Methods：The herbal tea is popular in coastal residents of south China,which has a relatively strong culture in Lingnan,but on the other hand there are elements of uncertainty,toxic side effects is not clear,as well as the lack of scientific evaluation system and other issues.Results and Conclusion：With the gradual increase in herbal tea products,we must make a correct exposition to their function and long-term consumption,urgently needed for the efficacy and safety of herbal tea toxicological evaluation.
