摘 要:目的探讨下咽癌和正常喉组织中hMLH1和hMSH2蛋白的表达和临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测下咽癌和正常喉组织中hMLH1和hMSH2蛋白的表达。结果在下咽癌中hMLH1和hMSH2蛋白的阳性率为54%、56%,显著低于正常喉组织中的80%、85%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。hMLH1和hMSH2的表达与下咽癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与T分期无明显相关性。结论 hMLH1和hMSH2在下咽癌早期发生及发展中起重要作用,hMLH1和hMSH2的表达与下咽癌的分化程度及预后有关。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of hMLH1,hMSH2 and its clinical significance in hypopharyngeal carcinoma and normal laryngeal tissue. Methods The expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 50 cases of hypopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 cases of normal laryngeal tissue. Results The expression rates of hMLH1 and hMSH2 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma were 54%,56%,lower than the rates in normal laryngeal tissue 80%,85%,and the statistics comparison between the two groups showed different significance(P0.05).The expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 was related to differentiation level and metastasis of lymphonode of hypopharyngeal carcinoma(P0.05),and there was no significant correlation with T stage. Conclusion hMLH1 and hMSH2 play important roles in the early occurrence and development of hypopharyngeal carcinoma.The expressions of hMLH1 and hMSH2 are related to hypopharyngeal carcinoma differential degree and prognosis.
