内镜介入化学药物注射治疗晚期消化道肿瘤

摘　　要：应用５ － 氟脲嘧啶（５ － Ｆ Ｕ） 和丝裂霉素（ Ｍ Ｍ Ｃ） 对２０ 例晚期胃癌、食管癌和直肠癌的患者采用内镜直视下瘤体内多点注射治疗． 结果显示： 肿瘤有不同程度的缩小和局限化， 临床症状得到部分的缓解， 无明显副反应， 未见骨髓抑制现象． 内镜介入瘤体内联合注射化疗药物是姑息治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的一种简单、易行的方法．patients with advanced gastroenterologic cancer were subjected to endoscopic introtumor injecton of 5-Fu and MMC. 18 cases of tumor were dwindled and localized. Clinical symptoms were improved with no obvious toxicity and side effects. The results showed that chemical drug with endoscopic intratumor injection is a clinically feasible and safe method.
