超短波时间与输出剂量渐增治疗小儿慢性肺炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨医用超短波在治疗小儿慢性肺炎时治疗时间和输出剂量酌情逐日增加所产生的临床疗效。方法:分两组进行疗效对比,即治疗组,超短波治疗时间和输出剂量逐日增加组;对照组,即超短波每日治疗时间和输出记录量恒定组。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,即治愈及显效率在91%,总有效率100%,统计具有非常显著性(t值为5.17,p<0.01)。结论:医用超短波治疗小儿慢性肺炎时间和输出剂量酌情逐日小剂量增加(无热量-微热量),可迅速解除小儿疾病痛苦,提高儿科住院周转率,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of treatment of increasing time and output power of ultrashort wave gradually for children whith chronic pneumonia.Methods：The effect of this treatment on 62 children whith chronic pneumoniawas compared whith controlgroup.Results：The curativ effect of treatment group was better than it of control group （p〈0.01）.The prominent effective rate and total effective rrate were 91% and 100%.Conclusions：The effect of treatment of increasing time and output power of ultrashort wave gradually for children whith chronic pneumonia is good.It is worth to use in clinical treatment.
