摘 要:目的:分离鉴定栾树(KoelreuteriapaniculataLaxm)叶的化学成分。方法:95%工业EtOH浸提,硅胶柱色谱分离,IR,MS,UV,1HNMR,13CNMR等方法确定结构。结果:分得14个化合物,分别为对二没食子酰乙酯(ethylpdigalate)(1),间二没食子酰乙酯(ethylmdigalate)(2),对二没食子酸(pdigaloylacid)(3),间二没食子酸(mdigaloylacid)(4),2″没食子酰基槲皮素苷(quercitrin2″galate)(5),没食子酸(galoylacid)(6),没食子酸乙酯(ethylgaloylacid)(7),鞣花酸(elagicacid)(8),槲皮苷(quercitrin)(9),金丝桃苷(hyperin)(10),山奈酚3O鼠李糖苷(kaempferol3Orhamnoside)(11),2″没食子酰金丝桃苷(hyperin2″galate)(12),β谷甾醇(βsitosterol)(13),β谷甾醇3O葡糖苷(βsitosterol3Ogluceroside?AIM: Isolation and structural elucidation of the constituents from leaves of the Chinese medicinal plant Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm. METHODS: The leaves were extracted with 95% EtOH percolation and the crude extracts were purified by using silica gel chromatography. IR, UV, MS, 1H and 13CNMR spectra were employed for structural identification. RESULTS: Three new compounds named ethylpdigallate ( 1 BZ), ethylmdigallate ( 2 ), pdigalloyl acid ( 3 ), together with eleven known compounds mdigalloyl acid ( 4 ), quercitrin2gallate ( 5 ), galloyl acid ( 6 ), ethyl galloyl acid ( 7 ), ellagic acid ( 8 ), quercitrin ( 9 ), hyperin ( 10 ), kaempferol3Orhamnoside ( 11 ), hyperin2gallate ( THZ12 ),sitosterol ( 13 ) and sitosterol 3Oglucoside ( 14 ) were isolated. CONCLUSION: Ethylpdigallate ( 1 ), ethylmdigallate ( 2 ) and pdigalloyl acid ( HZ3 ) were new compounds, and 4, 5, 8 12 and 14 were known compounds unreported previously from this plant.
