摘　　要：引入人格测量工具MBTI,探索高校学生干部的人格特征与其胜任力的相关关系。通过对学生干部人格特征的测试,来预测其胜任力的高低,从而为学生干部的选拔和任用提供科学依据。This paper introduces the MBTI personality assessment to examine the relationship between college student cadres＇ personality characteristics and their competency. It suggests predicting student cadres＇ competency through personality assessment so as to provide a scientific basis for student cadre selection.
