摘 要:[目的]探讨黑曲霉发酵产葡萄糖氧化酶的最佳发酵条件。[方法]研究不同培养基成分及发酵条件下黑曲霉产葡萄糖氧化酶的活性。[结果]培养基最佳成分为及浓度为:葡萄糖100g/L,有机氮源为4g/L蛋白胨,无机氮源为3g/L硝酸钠;最佳发酵条件为28℃,pH值6,发酵周期72h。[结论]通过优化,黑曲霉发酵产葡萄糖氧化酶的活性明显提高。[Objective]The aim of the study was to explore the optimum fermentation conditions of Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase.[Method]Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase activity under different medium composition and fermentation conditions was investigated.[Result]The medium and the concentration of the best ingredients was that glucose was 100 g/L,organic nitrogen source was peptone of 4 g/L,inorganic nitrogen source was sodium nitrate of 3 g/L;The optimum fermentation conditions were 28 ℃,pH 6,72 h fermentation period.[Conclusion]Through the optimization,the Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase activity increased significantly.
