欧李休眠开始和休眠结束日期的研究

摘　　要：[目的]确定欧李休眠开始和休眠结束日期。[方法]采用摘叶法和水培法研究欧李开始休眠和结束休眠的日期。[结果]摘叶法:"20-03"在7月1日整株摘叶后,枝条能全部萌发,7月10日的萌芽率为25.60%,之后萌芽率不断下降,到9月1日全部不能萌发,这种状态一直持续到落叶,"9-8"与"20-03"大致相同。水培法:2个欧李品系花芽和叶芽萌发率均是先下降后上升;"20-03"在10月1日花芽和叶芽萌发率分别为53.0%和50.0%,而在10月5日其萌发率分别为47.0%和45.0%,10月5日～11月10日萌芽率一直低于50.0%,11月15日花芽萌芽率为63.0%,叶芽为51.6%。[结论]在山西太谷,"20-03"进入休眠的日期是10月5日,结束休眠的日期为11月15日;而"9-8"进入休眠的日期是10月10日,结束休眠的日期为11月20日。[Objective] The aim was to study the date of beginning and ending dormancy of Chinese dwarf cherry.[Method] The date of beginning and ending dormancy of Chinese dwarf cherry was studied by plucking leaves and water planting.[Result] Plucking leaves：after all leaves of ＂20-03＂ were plucked,all branch could germinate in entire plant on July 1,germination rate was only 25.60% on July 10,afterwards came down unceasingly,could not all germinate on September 1,this state continued for till fallen leaf,＂9-8＂was same as ＂20-03＂ basically.Water planting：Germination rates of two breeds blossom buds and leaf buds rose after coming down first equally.Germination rates of ＂20-03＂ blossom buds and leaf buds on October 1 were 53.0% and 50.0%,but were 47.0% and 45.0% on October 5,from October 5 to November 10 germination rates was lower than 50.0%,on November 15 germination rate of blossom bud was 63.0%,germination rate of leaf bud was 51.6%.[Conclusion] ＂20-03＂ beginning dormant date was October 5,the ending dormant date was November 15 in Shanxi Tai Gu;＂9-8＂ beginning dormant date was October 10,the ending dormant date was November 20.
