摘　　要：培养人才是高等学校的重要任务,加强和提高学生工作质量则是提高高等学校教育质量的重要措施之一。在当今社会的快速发展的时代背景下,当代大学生思维方式、心理需求也正在发生着巨大的转变。随着素质教育的不断推进,高等院校培养高素质人才应有更高要求,而对心理素质的培养则越来越应成为其高素质人才培养体系中的重要组成部分,也是高校思想政治工作的一项新内容。文章就当代大学生心理素质现状、及一些心理问题的成因等方面进行分析,进而对如何提高大学生的心理素质进行探讨。Cultivating talented men is the major task of college. Also, the augmentation and enhancement the quality of management on students are the main measures to enhance the educational quality in college. Nowadays, the college students’ thinking mode and psychological needs are changing quickly. As the developing of quality education, the psychological quality of college student should be paid more attentions. The contents below talk about the status of college students’ psychological quality, and the causing of their psychological problems, in order to find a way to increase the college students’ psychological quality.
