摘 要:在对离心压缩机损失进行分类的基础上给出了相应的损失计算模型。为了使计算过程更加真实地模拟实际流动过程,采用了变比热计算方法。运用模型对两台离心压缩机进行了性能预测:一台为单级、低转速离心压缩机,另一台为三级、高转速离心压缩机。通过分析预测结果表明:(1)采用变比热计算方法的计算结果优于采用定比热计算方法的计算结果;(2)本模型可用于多级离心压缩机的性能预测。In this paper, the relevant loss calculation models were proposed based on the classification of the centrifugal compressor loss. In order to make the calculation simulate the real situation more accurately, the variable specific heat calculation method was adopted. The present loss model was used to predict the performance of two centrifugal compressors: one is a lowspeed and single stage, the other is high-speed and threestages. The results indicate: (1)the performance predicted by the variable specific heat is in better agreement with the test results than that by constant specific heat. (2) the present loss model can be used to predict the perfor-mance of the multi-stage centrifugal compressor.
