摘 要:[目的]探讨哈尔滨市南岗区少年儿童主要恶性肿瘤发病、死亡流行趋势,为少年儿童恶性肿瘤预防提供科学依据。[方法]对1992~2007年哈尔滨市南岗区少年儿童(0~19岁)肿瘤发病、死亡登记资料进行统计分析,计算粗发病(死亡)率、中国人口发病(死亡)标化率、世界人口发病(死亡)标化率、变化百分比(PC)和年均变化百分比(APC)。[结果]1992~2007年男女少年儿童恶性肿瘤世界标化发病率分别为2.62/10万和0.59/10万。白血病居于少年儿童恶性肿瘤发病的首位,占恶性肿瘤发病的44.64%。男女少年儿童恶性肿瘤世界标化死亡率分别为2.13/10万和0.48/10万,女性少年儿童呈显著增加趋势(APC=6.609,P=0.003)。白血病是少年儿童恶性肿瘤死亡的首因。[结论]白血病居于少年儿童恶性肿瘤发病和死亡的首位。女性少年儿童恶性肿瘤死亡呈上升趋势。[Purpose]To investigate the common cancer incidence and mortilily of childhood in Nangang district,Harbin city,and to provide scientific basis for prevention.[Methods]Cancer registry data about the incidence and mortality of childhood(0~19 years old)cancer from 1992 to 2007 in Nangang district was analyzed.Crude incidence(mortality),standardized incidence(mortality) adjusted according to world population in1964 and Chinese population in 1982,percent change(PC)and annual percent change(APC)were calculated respectively.[Results]The world standardized incidence of cancer in male and female teenager was 2.62/105 and 0.59/105 respectively.Leukemia incidence was the highest in all kinds of cancer,accounting for 44.64%.World standardized mortality of cancer in male and female teenager was 2.13/105 and 0.48/105 respectively,with significant increasing in female teenager(APC=6.609,P=0.003).Leukemia is main cause of death in childhood cancer.[Conclusion]Leukemia is the first leading cancer for both incidence and mortality of childhood cancer.The mortality of cancer in female teenager shows increasing trend.
