味觉嗜好学习、睡眠剥夺对老龄大鼠脑脊液氨基酸及代谢产物的影响

摘  要:目的观察味觉嗜好学习、睡眠剥夺对大鼠脑脊液TRP、5-HTP、GABA及BCAA浓度的影响、变化规律及相互关系。方法建立味觉嗜好学习模型、36h睡眠剥夺模型,用HPLC法测定上述指标的变化并进行统计分析。结果味觉嗜好学习组脑脊液TRP显著低于对照组(P<0.05);睡眠剥夺组各指标均显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);预先建立味觉嗜好学习能逆转睡眠剥夺对各指标的影响;味觉嗜好学习建立后的睡眠剥夺操作升高了味觉嗜好学习组TRP、5-HTP浓度。结论味觉嗜好学习、睡眠剥夺影响大鼠脑内某些氨基酸及代谢物的水平;味觉嗜好学习能改善睡眠剥夺对机体的不良作用;睡眠剥夺损伤了味觉嗜好学习的记忆。Objective To investigate the influence of taste preference learning(CTP) and sleep deprivation(SD) on the concentration of TRP,5-HTP,GABA,and BCAA in CSF of rats,and to analyze the changes and relationships of those indicators.Methods After establishing CTP and 36 h SD models,those indicators were determined by HPLC method.Results The concentration of TRP in CTP group was significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.05).All indicators′ concentrations in SD group were remarkably higher than those in other groups (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).The effects of SD on the indicators was reversed by pre-establishing CTP.The treatment of SD after CTP increased the concentrations of TRP and 5-HTP in CTP group.Conclusions The concentrations of some amino acids and metabolic products are influenced by CTP and SD.The adverse effects of SD on body can be ameliorated by CTP.The memory of CTP can be impaired by SD.
