淫羊藿干预MSCs成骨分化的研究进展

摘　　要：淫羊藿是治疗OP最常用和有效的中药之一,其对MSCS的作用机制逐渐被证实;MSCS是成骨细胞、破骨细胞的多潜能分化前体细胞,除具有多向分化潜能外,还具有免疫抑制调节特性。其特点是:来源广、取材方便、体外培养扩增迅速、易于诱导成骨,因此认为淫羊藿是MSCS定向分化为成骨细胞的良好促进剂,可为骨组织工程和细胞治疗提供理想的种子细胞。Epimedium is one of the most common and effective traditional Chinese medicine to treat osteoporosis. Its mechanism of action on MSCs has gradually been confirmed. MSCs are pluripotent precursor cells of the osteoblast and the osteoclast. In addition to a multi-directional differentiation potential, MSCs are also characterized of immune suppressive regulating function. The application of MSCs has many advantages, including wide source availability, convenient extraction, rapid in vitro proliferation, and easy bone induction. Thus, Epimedium has been known as a good accelerator for MSCs differentiation into osteoblasts. MSCs provide an ideal source of seed cells for bone tissue engineering and cell therapy.
