摘 要:目的:初步探讨DSA Innova CT重组与320排CTA对识别筛前动脉的走行及其与邻近结构关系的价值,为FESS准确识别筛前动脉提供参考。方法:回顾性分析32例临床怀疑脑血管疾病患者影像资料,所有病例均先后行选择性颈内动脉血管造影术(DSA)及320排CTA成像,利用原始数据重组出筛前动脉,并分别测量筛前动脉与额隐窝后壁、前颅底的距离,对两种方法筛前动脉显示率及测量结果进行统计学比较。在CTA三维VR图像上测量筛前动脉与Dacryon点的距离。结果:两种方法筛前动脉显示率无统计学差别,两种方法测量筛前动脉与额隐窝后壁、前颅底的距离无显著差异。结论:DSA Innova CT重组与320排CTA均可以识别筛前动脉的走行,320排CTA基本可以代替有创性DSA检查对筛前动脉进行术前评价。Objective:To provide accurate identification of ethmoidal artery for the FESS,initial study on the recognition of ethmoidal artery and its relationship with adjacent structures binding Innova CT DSA reconstruction and 320-row CT were peroformed. Methods:32 cases with cerebrovascular disease were analyzed respectively. All patients underwent selective carotid angiography and 320 row CT. Then the images of anterior ethmoid artery were reconstructed. Comparision was conducted between the two types of images. The distance between the artery and the posterior wall of the frontal recess and from the skull base was evaluated with both techniques (DSA 3D innova and CTMPR). The distance between the artery and Dacryon point was measured in CT VR images. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups. The distance between the anterior ethmoid artery and Dacryon point can be measured easily. Conclusion:Both DSA combined with Innova CT technology and 320 row CT cerebral angiography can be used to identify the anterior ethmoidal artery. 320 row CT angiography can replace DSA in evaluation of the anterior ethmoid artery and the surrounding anatomic structures.
