多层螺旋CT对肾上腺皮质腺瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT对肾上腺皮质腺瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析30例经手术及病理证实的肾上腺皮质腺瘤的多层螺旋CT表现。结果:原发性醛固酮醛腺瘤21例(26个结节),左侧肾上腺18个结节,右侧肾上腺8个结节。皮质醇腺瘤9例(9个结节),右侧4例,左侧5例。醛固酮醛腺瘤1cm以下结节14个,大于或等于1cm的结节12个,皮质醇腺瘤最大4cm,最小1.5cm。结论:肾上腺皮质腺瘤的多层螺旋CT表现具有一定特点,多平面重组(MPR)及增强扫描有助于皮质腺瘤的定位及确定肿瘤的性质。Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in adrenal cortical adenoma. Methods：CT manifestations of patients with adrenal cortical adenoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results：In this work,21 cases （26 nodules） were diagnosed with primary aldosterone-producing adenoma,including 18 nodules on the left and 8 nodules on the right. 9 cases （9 nodules） were diagnosed with cortisol adenoma,including 4 cases on the right and 5 cases on the left. 14 nodules of aldosterone adenoma were less than 1 cm and 12 nodules were greater than or equal to 1cm. The diameter of the largest cortisol adenoma was 4 cm and the smallest one was 1.5 cm. Conclusion：The manifestrations of multi-slice spiral CT in adrenal cortex adenoma have certain characteristics and multi-planar reconstruction and the enhanced scan will be helpful in positioning of cortical adenoma and determining the nature of the tumor.
