摘　　要：探讨化疗后毒副反应与中医脾肾的关系,化疗易损伤人体正气,导致脾肾气虚或脾肾阳虚。因此,临床上对于化疗毒副反应的治疗,应以脾肾论治为主,从而减轻其毒副反应。The relationship of post-chemotherapy toxic and side reaction in malignant tumor patients with physiopathology of spleen and kidney in traditional Chinese medical theory was discussed.It is indicated that chemotherapy tends to consume healthy Qi,and can result in Qi and yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.Therefore,the treatment of post-chemotherapy toxic and side reaction in malignant tumor patients should focus on tonifying spleen and kidney.
