摘 要:目的筛选采用薄膜过滤法的微生物限度检查中适合不溶性杂质较多的供试品溶液预处理的滤材。方法通过比较用不同滤材过滤前后的对照菌液和试验菌液的浓度变化来确定滤材对实验的影响。结果用医用脱脂棉和医用脱脂纱布过滤,菌液过滤前后的浓度基本一致,但是纱布对细微悬浮物的滤除作用较差;用滤纸过滤,过滤后的滤液菌浓度为过滤前的20%~50%。结论在采用薄膜过滤法的微生物限度检查中,对于含不溶性杂质较多的供试品溶液,可用医用脱脂棉作为前处理滤材,医用脱脂纱布和滤纸则不合适。Objective To confirm whether the filtration pretreatment to the testing liquid containing many insoluble impurities is suitable in the membrane- filter procedure for the detection of microbial limit. Methods To determine the effect of filter medium on test by comparing the concentration changes of the control and experimental bacterial solutions before and after filtration. Results According to the results, the concentration of the bacterial solution was nearly the same after filtration by medical absorbent cotton and medical absorbent carbasus, but the carbasus had the poor effect on the filtration of tiny suspended particles. Moreover,the concentration of bacterial solution by filter paper was only equivalent to 20% -50% of that before filtration. Conclusion Medical absorbent cotton may be suitable for the pretreatment filter medium to the testing liquid containing much more insoluble impurities. Neither the medical absorbent carbasus nor the filter paper is fit.
