摘  要:美国高中教育贯穿着尊重学生个体自由发展的理念,秉持个适性质量观开展教学活动,形成了适应个体发展的教育特色。为了满足学生多种发展需要,美国高中开设了种类繁多的选修课和多层次的必修课;教学上充分考虑学生需求,调动学生学习探索的积极性,开展个性化教学;并且实施以人为本的评价,确保个适性教育的充分实现。Adhere to the quality concept of meeting the individual development,the senior high schools in the United States form the educational feature of respecting and meeting individual freedom of development. In order to meet each student multiple development, a wide variety of elective courses and multi-level required courses are provided in the senior high school in the United States. And student s needs are fuly considered, their enthusiasm to exploring is mobilized in the process of teaching, and personalized instruction is put into practiced. And the people-oriented evaluation is carded out to ensure the implementation of the quality concept of meeting the individual development.
