情景模拟训练在低年资护士急救能力培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用情景模拟训练培训低年资护士急救能力的效果。方法对18个临床科室108名毕业3年内的护士进行情景模拟训练。分别于训练前后对护士的急救技术操作、急救仪器的使用、急救相关知识进行考核,并采用自设问卷调查护士训练前后的急救能力。结果训练后护士的急救技术操作、急救仪器的使用、急救相关知识成绩均较训练前有较大的提高,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。训练后护士的急救能力也有较大提高,与培训前相比,各项指标的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论情景模拟训练能提高低年资护士的急救能力,是一种较理想的低年资护士在职培训方法。Objective To explore the effectiveness of scenario simulation in junior nurses first aid training.Methods Scenario simulation training program was provided for 108 junior nurses from 18 clinical departments who have graduated within three years.The nurses＇ first aid techniques,skills of operating first aid equipments and first aid knowledge were assessed before and after the training.In addition,a questionnaire investigation was conducted to assess nurses＇ self-rated first aid capabilities.Results After the training,the nurses＇ first aid techniques,skills of operating first aid equipments,first aid knowledge and self-rated first aid capabilities were significantly improved（P0.01）.Conclusion Scenario simulation training can improve junior nurses＇ first aid capability,which is an ideal inservice training method for junior nurses.
