摘　　要：为解决本科生毕业论文格式与标准格式的严格相符的问题,对使用Java进行毕业论文格式检查的技术进行了研究,通过对标准格式的预先设定,可以实现任一毕业论文格式与标准文档的格式检测和匹配,并生成详细的格式检查报告。该系统可以实现毕业论文格式检查工作的信息化、智能化,减少人工操作的失误,大大提高毕业论文格式检查的效率,并在此基础上可以推广至任意的word文档。To solve the problem of strict compliance of the undergraduate＇ s graduation thesis and the standard tbrmat, the technology of using Java to conduct graduation thesis＇ s format checking is studied. Through the pre-set of standard format, the format checking and matching of any graduation thesis to the standard document would be achieved and a detailed format checking report would be gene- rated. This system can implement the graduation thesis form checking informationize and intelligentize, and reduce the fault of the manual control, and greatly enhance the efficiency of the graduation thesis form checking, and based on this can be promoted to any random the word document.
