摘　　要：高校肩负着创新创业人才培养的重任。更新教育理念、明确培养目标、改革课程体系加强临床教学、强化临床思维、改革教学管理模式、搭建多样化培养平台是创新创业人才培养的关键。College shoulders the important responsibilities of cultivating innovative entrepreneurial talents. Innovativing educational concepts, establishing training objectives, reforming curriculum, strengthening clinical teaching, consolidating clinical thinking, regenerating teaching management and building the platform for fostering diversity plays an important role in cultivating innovative entrepreneurial talents of Chinese Medicine.
