学科馆员制度在高职院校图书馆的创新与实践

摘　　要：将学科馆员制度应用于高职院校图书馆中,重点提出了专业服务馆员在文献信息资源建设、专业化信息服务和旨在提高学生信息素养的课程开设等方面的作法与成效。通过建立模糊综合评价模型论证了专业服务馆员制度在深圳职业技术学院图书馆的实践成果和存在的问题。By introducing a creative and practical study of subject librarian program in the higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward recommendations and observations in areas such as the development of information resources, the professional information services, the document retrieval course and so on. Then based on synthetic evaluation literacy the study makes an evaluation on the subject librarian from 12 aspects and proposed some suggestions for improvement.
