竹/毛/棉针织物冷轧堆染色常见疵点及解决措施

摘　　要：竹/毛/棉针织物冷轧堆染色色差与染料、坯布、半成品质量稳定性、工艺操作、堆置时间长短及机械结构有关;色点与染料和碱剂溶解不好,设备清洗不干净有关;布边色差与布面温、湿度,染料水解,打卷两端布边不平整有关;渍疵病是有碱斑,布面滴有水滴,打卷堆置膜包扎不严,冷凝水渗入布卷造成渍疵;手感较硬是由前处理不好和染色使用硅酸钠造成的;染色牢度差与皂煮有关;缝头印与卷绕张力、织物的品种、缝头情况有关。解决措施:冷轧堆染色选用耐碱性强、直接性一致和配伍性一致的活性染料,染槽容积应小于50 L,染液温度为25～30℃,染坯缝头平整,打卷两端布边平整,打卷后卷上包布,然后包塑料薄膜,并将薄膜两头轧紧在辊上。The difference in color depends on the following factors： gray cloth,quality stability of semi-finished products,dyestuff,process operation and storage time.The result of color points is caused by the following three factors： the first is dyestuffs can not dissolve sufficiently;the second is alkali can not dissolve sufficiently;the last one is equipments can not clean completely.The difference in color of selvage has something to do with the temperature and humidity of cloth,dye hydrolysis,bad dye compatibility and the irregularity of the both ends of the cloth.The causes of stain-defects lie in these four following aspects： alkali-saline patches,water droplets on the cloth,packing film dressing lax and condensate infiltrates rolls.Inadequate pre-treatment and using sodium in the process of dyeing can lead to feel hard.Poor color fastness is related to soap making,seam mark has something to do with winding tension,fabric variety and seam.Measures： cold pad-batch dyeing should choose activated dyestuff which has strong alkali,same immediacy and compatibility.Dye tank volume should less than 50L,and the temperature of dyeing stuff is 25～30 ℃.Finally,seam and the both ends of the cloth are regular,then,workers curl the cloth and wrap in plastic film,and tight the both ends of plastic film in the roller rolling.
