中药内服外敷治疗结肠慢传输型便秘21例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨中药内服外敷治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的临床疗效，对21例临床和影像学确诊的结肠慢传输型便秘患者采用中药内服和腹部热敷治疗，观察其临床疗效。结果显示，16例（76．2％）效果优良，4例（19．0％）有效但症状有反复，1例（4．8％）无效。结果表明，中药内服外敷治疗结肠慢传输型便秘效果好，简单，经济。The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of the combined therapy of oral intake and abdominal hot compress（OIAHC） with traditional Chinese drugs in the treatment of slow transit constipation（STC）. T.wenty one patients with confirmed STC by clinic and imaging received the combined therapy. As results,marked improvement was achieved in 16 cases（76.2%）,improvement but recurrence in 4（19.0%） ,and no response in 1（4.8%）. It is concluded that the combined therapy of OIAHC with traditional Chinese drugs is of good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of STC and is simple in use and economic in cost.
