摘  要:直流调速系统对象具有非线性、时变性、不确定性及直流电动机本身的非线性和结构参数易变化等特点,采用固定参数的PID控制器难以达到满意的控制效果。为增强直流调速系统的抗扰动能力和鲁棒性能,提出了一种I-Fuzzy-PD复合控制器。首先,分析了直流电动机双闭环调速系统的工作原理,建立了动态数学模型,然后利用MATLAB/Simulink对直流双闭环调速系统模糊复合控制进行仿真。结果表明,与常规PID控制器相比,该系统具有超调量小、响应快、运行稳定、抗扰动能力强和鲁棒性能好等优点。Owing to the object controlled by DC motor speed regulating system has the characteristics of nonlinear,time-variables and uncertainties,especially,DC motor itself has the characteristics of nonlinear and changeable structural parameters,adopting the fixed parameter PID controller is not satisfactory.In order to improve anti-disturbance and robustness of DC motor,an I-Fuzzy-PD composite controller is proposed.At first,the dual closed-loop speed regulating system of DC motor is analyzed and its dynamic mathematical model is established,afterwards,using MATLAB/Simulink to simulate the I-Fuzzy-PD composite control in DC speed regulating system.The results shows that compared with conventional PID controller,the I-Fuzzy-PD composite controller has excellent performance,such as slight overshoot,rapid respond,good anti-disturbance and strong robustness.
