摘  要:采用虚拟仪器技术开发了一个气体压力的自动测控系统,并用于高精度气体微流量计。本文详细介绍了高精度气体流量计压力系统的工作原理,及其压力测控系统的硬件组成和软件设计。系统的硬件部分使用台湾研华公司的PCI-1610采集卡和美国NI公司的IEEE-488数据采集卡,软件部分采用NI公司的LabVIEW图形化编程语言创建,实现了压力的测量与控制以及数据的自动保存。该系统具有界面友好、人机交互性强、编程简单、操作方便、控制效果好等优点。A gas pressure auto-measurement with control system based on virtual instrumentation was developed and applied to a high-precision gas micro-flowmeter.The working principle of the pressure measurement/control system of the microflowmeter is described in detail,as well as the hardware configuration and software design.The hardwares used are the PCI-1610 serial card from Taiwan Advantech Company and IEEE-488 data acquisition card from NI,and the software is programmed with the graphical language LabVIEW from American NI Company,thus implementing the pressure measurement/ control and automatic data storage.The system has such advantages as friendly interface,smooth man-machine interaction,easy to programming and favorable controlling effect.
