摘  要:为研制胆红素致脑瘫动物模型,将新生24h内的仔兔30只分为正常组A,实验组B、C各10只。实验组B、C分别腹腔注射胆红素100、300mg/kg。正常组与实验组仔兔自然哺育45d后对其进行神经行为学检查和评分。结果:实验组B仔兔神经行为得分与正常组A相比差异无显著意义;实验组C仔兔神经行为得分与正常组A相比差异有非常显著意义;实验组C中有8只仔兔神经行为得分较高,但与正常组A相比差异仍有非常显著意义,另2只得分较低,有明显运动及姿势异常,其病理改变主要为基底节明显黄梨,镜下神经细胞受损,表现为核扭曲、消失,神经元数量明显减少,胶质细胞增生。提示腹腔注射胆红素300mg/kg能造成仔兔脑损伤并致脑瘫。In an attempt to develop an animal model of bilirubin-induced cerebral palsy, 30 newborn rabbits (age <24h) were divided into three groups (A: normal control group; B and C: experimental group, n= 10 in each). The rabbits in groups B and C were administered with bilirubin intraperitoneally 100 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg respec- tively. The neural behaviors of all animals were checked and their scores given after being fed naturally for 45 days.It was found that there was a significant difference between A and C groups in scores of neural behavior. Eight rab- bits in group C had higher scores, but there was a significant difference between groups A and C, the remaining 2 rabbits had lower scores of the behavior. abnormal movement and posture. These results suggested that bilirubin (i. p. 300 mg/kg) could cause brain damage of newborn rabbits and induce cerebral palsy.
