摘　　要：介绍了数字图书馆的概念及特点,探讨了数字图书馆的优势,阐述了我国数字图书馆的建设现状,提出了加强数字图书馆建设、提供个性化服务的措施。This paper introduces the concept and features of digital library,probes into the superiorities of digital library,expounds the present situation of the construction of digital library in China,and puts forward some measures for strengthening the construction of digital library and providing the personalized service.
