摘　　要：以国内某水泥集团的信息化项目建设为例,探讨了集团信息化建设中的难点,从产品、人力、沟通、方法、费用5个方面分析了集团信息化建设成功的核心要素。Taking the project of a cement group＇s informatization construction in China as an example,this paper probes into some difficult points in group＇s informatization construction,and analyzes the core elements for the successful construction of group＇s informatization from five aspects of the product,manpower,communication,method and fund.
