80例脑出血患者术后血压波动临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨影响高血压脑出血患者血肿清除术后血压波动的因素。方法　对８０ 例高血压脑出血血肿清除术的临床资料，采用多因素逐步回归法进行统计学处理。结果　 Ｙ１（ 术后收缩压） 与 Ｘ２（ 年龄） 、 Ｘ３ － ４（ 出血破入脑室） 、 Ｘ３ － ５（ 小脑出血） 、 Ｘ５ － １（ 术前收缩压） 呈正相关。 Ｙ２（ 术后舒张压） 与 Ｘ３ － ５（ 小脑出血） 、 Ｘ３ － ４（ 出血破入脑室） 、 Ｘ３ － ３（ 基底节内侧型） 、 Ｘ５ － ２（ 术前舒张压） 呈正相关。结论　年龄＜ ５５ 岁、术前血压较高、出血破入脑室、小脑出血、基底节内侧型出血者易出现高血压脑出血血肿清除术后的血压波动。Objective To study the factors that affect the change in blood pressure after evacuation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Mothed The clinical material of 80 cases was studied with multiple variateds stepwise regression.Results Y 1 (postoperative systolic pressure) are positively correlated with following factors: X 2 (age); X 3 4 (intraventricular hemorrhage); X 3 5 (cerebellar hemorrhage); X 5 1 (preoperative systolic pressure). Y 2(postoperative diastolic pressure) are positively correlated with following factors: X 3 5 (cerebellar hemorrhage); X 3 4 (intraventricular hemorrhage); X 3 3 (medial basal ganglia hemorhage); X 5 2 (preoperative diastolic pressure).Conclusions The change in blood pressure after evacuation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage are affected by following factors:⑴age<55 years;⑵higher preoperative systolic presure and peroperative diastolic perssure;⑶intraventricular hemorrhage;⑷cerebellar hemorrhage;⑸medial basal ganglia hemorrhage.
