摘　　要：可靠性增长技术已成为可靠性工程的一个重要组成部分,针对可靠性增长的非线性问题,将BP神经网络用于可靠性增长预测,采用Matlab神经网络工具箱建立神经网络预测模型。通过实例,将预测结果与通过传统的可靠性增长模型Duane模型所得到的结果相比较,该方法可行,适应性强,克服了传统建立模型存在的模型复杂、训练时间长等缺点。Reliability growth technology plays an important part in reliability Engineering. BP neural network is used for reliability growth prediction, neural network prediction model is set up by using Matlab neural network toolbox for the non-linear of reliability growth.The prediction results of the example is compared with Duane model which is the traditional model of reliability growth and the method is demonstrated to be a feasible, highly precisive and adaptable strongly method and it overcomes the shortcomings of traditional model which exists comoexity model and training time.
