乌贼墨及其提取物的免疫刺激作用

摘　　要：本文从免疫学角度对乌贼墨及其提取物的抗肿瘤作用机制做了进一步探讨。结果显示．乌贼墨及其提取物可提高肿瘤坏死因子α（ＴＮＦα）和白细胞介素１（ＩＬＬ－１）的分泌水平．可增加ＮＫ细胞的杀伤活性。提示乌贼墨及其提取物可通过刺激机体免疫功能而起到抗肿瘤作用。We investigated the inducing activities of squid ink and its extracts on the secretor levels of interleukine 1 (IL-1 )and tumor nectosis factor α(TNFα)and the killing ability of natural killer (NK)sells to understand further the mechanisms of their anti-tumors. The results showed that both IL-1 and TNF a levels in the animals treated with squid ink and its extracts were significantly higher than those in the control (P<0. 01 ). The killing ability of the NK cells from the animals in the test group was also increased remarkably. These findings indicated that squid ink and its extracts might activate the cellular immunity by their stimulating NK cells and macrophages to Inhibit or kill tumor cells Indirectly.
