几种丙烯酸酯单体结构与黏度的关系

摘  要:由单纯液体的黏度预测混合液体的黏度,具有流变学理论研究和工业应用价值。传统的预测方程利用各组分的黏度,分别从质量分数和物质的量分数的角度进行预测,试验发现这两个方程在预测时误差较大。在前人方程的基础上,从分子结构的角度,引入溶度参数、范德华体积等参数修正物质的量分数,得到了一些新方程,并将各方程的计算值与试验值进行了比较。研究表明:用范德华体积修正所得的方程的计算值平均相对误差最小,仅为8.30%~12.34%,而且在较高温度下,或是在含较多较复杂分子结构组分下体现出了更好的适应性。It is significant predicting the viscosity of liquid mixture from the viscosity of pure liquids to the theoretical research of rheology and the industrial application.Two traditional equations predicted viscosity from the viscosity of every components respectively basing on mass fraction and molar fraction.Experiments show that the two equations are not exact enough.On the basis of the two equations,some parameters are introduced,such as solubility parameter,van der Waals' volume,and so on,to amending the molar fraction.Then we have got some new equations,and have compared the experimental values and the calculated values by these equations.Results indicate that by the equation of van der Waals' volume amending,the calculated value is of little average relative error,being only 8.30%~12.34%;and under higher temperature or with complicated molecular structure components,the equation shows better adaptability.
