摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤牙脱位后再植的根管处理。方法:回顾分析曾在我院就诊的28例36颗外伤牙脱位后再植的根管处理,即随机分为3组,第一组:术前去髓,根充氢氧化钙,半年后常规根充。第二组:直接再植,术后1周去髓,根充氢氧化钙,半年后常规根充。第三组:直接再植,出现牙髓病变时根充氢氧化钙,半年后常规根充。结果:第一组与第二组的有效率无显著差异;但均显著优于第三组,P均<0.05。结论:外伤牙脱位后再植的根管处理最好在再植术后1周行去髓根充氢氧化钙,半年后再行常规根充较为理想。Objective： To investigate the root canal therapy in replantation of tooth due to injury.Methods： Retrospective analysis in 28 patients in our hospital with 36 teeth luxation made.36 cases were randomly divided into three groups.In group 1,the pulp was removed before replanted,and calcium hydroxide was filled in root canals and condensated routinely after half a year.In group 2,the pulp was removed one week after being replanted.In group 3,the pulp was removed until pulp disease appeared.Results： The effects between group 1 and group 2 had no significant difference but both were significantly better than that of group 3, P〈0.05.Conclusion： It is an ideal method to replant luxated tooth with removal of pulp tissue and to have root canal filling with calcium hydroxide one week after the replantation of tooth and routine root canal therapy after half a year.
