摘　　要：建设共享型区域性综合实训基地,要树立经营理念,提高资源的整合利用;重视内涵建设,规范管理,协调发展;注意节约挖潜,提高基地效益,以解决实训基地的重复建设、利用率低或设备陈旧、技术滞后、工位不足以及配置不合理、建设不规范等问题。To build sharing regional comprehensive practice training base,higher vocational schools should establish marketing view and try to enhance the integration application of resources;pay attention to connotation development,regulate management and harmonize development;attach importance to save money,enhance the effects of base to solve the problems existed in base construction including repeat construction,low application rate,old equipment,lagging technology,posts shortage,unreasonable collocation,etc.
